Since 2014 the Planning Inspectorate has published details of the average time taken for planning, enforcement, and householder appeals. However, on 5 May the Inspectorate announced that they would not be published as a result of having to postpone site visits.
July 2018 sees the publication of the new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) replacing the NPPF of 2012. The expanded NPPF now extends to 73 pages and contains National Government’s policies for planning and development across England.
